It means when some photons get information from internet in location 1 ,there is a change in photons from location 1,other photons in location 2 get the same information from internet which photons received in location 1 because a change in one particle influences the other and entangled particles are connected.
Particles like photons transmit internet information . Entangled particles can connect two locations in space for internet network.
